Monthly Professional Development Partner Program
Big Sky SHRM is pleased to announce our Monthly Professional Development Partner Program. This program has been developed to enhance organizations’ opportunities to support Big Sky SHRM’s Professional Development. Partners are valued and Big Sky SHRM appreciates the support of our Partners.
BENEFITS OF MONTHLY PROFESSIONAL DEVELOPMENT PARTNERS:
- Advance announcement in the Big Sky SHRM Monthly Professional Development notices with your company logo as a Monthly Professional Development partner:
- Membership emails for the Professional Development.
- Two minute announcement of the partnership and introduction at the beginning of the Professional Development by a Big Sky SHRM member, to include a short biography of the partners’ company and an expression of Big Sky SHRM’s appreciation of the Partners’ support.
- Big Sky SHRM member encouragement to the Professional Development participants to visit the Partners’ table.
- End of Professional Development thank you by the Big Sky SHRM member.
- Partners will have a table available in the Professional Development room near the banquet tables or in the anti-room near registration, to display company literature and a banner, if desired.
- Partner representatives will be at the table to answer questions while food is being served; however, per Big Sky SHRM By-Laws, solicitation is not allowed.
- Partners may place flyers on each table in the Professional Development room (at Partners expense), if desired.
- Set up must be completed by 11:10 am.
- Big Sky SHRM will cover the cost of lunch for two (2) Partner representatives.
- For coordinating purposes, Big Sky SHRM Monthly Professional Development Partner requests must be submitted by no later than the 1st day of the month in which the Partner wishes to attend.
- All Partners are subject to Big Sky SHRM Board approval.
- The costs for becoming a Big Sky SHRM Monthly Professional Development Partner are as follows:
- Cost is $400 per monthly Professional Development and SHRM members have priority. The Big Sky SHRM monthly Professional Development can have up to one partner per Professional Development.
