Workshop Description: The landscape for work in the inclusion space has gotten confusing over the last couple of years.  HR Leaders  and organizations are unsure if they need to make changes to current work or if they need to stop inclusion work all together.  During this one hour presentation we will look at where we’ve been, where we’re at, and where we’re headed.  Participants will leave with an understanding of how to do inclusion work legally and where to possibly direct their efforts to ensure a workplace that includes everyone.

Learning Objectives:

  • Review the history of DEI in the workplace.
  • Learn about what’s changed and what hasn’t changed.
  • Understanding how to move forward and continue to do Inclusion work legally.
