Provides office support to HR Dept. and customer service to employees,
physicians, and job applicants. TMI is the management company for
Western Montana Clinic and employs 300 plus staff. Primary duties:
benefits coordination, payroll reconciliation, report generation, organizing
employee programs. Requirements: strong Microsoft Office skills,
demonstrated organizational skills, attention to detail, exceptional

Position Summary:
Responsible for performing day-to-day recruiting processes for the hiring
of Customer Service Representatives (CSR's) in a call center with an
employee population of over 900 employees. Assist in developing strategy
for sourcing CSR candidates and partnering with Call Center Leaders to
play a proactive role in reducing CSR attrition by ensuring quality CSR
hires. Assist with the on-boarding processes for newly hired CSR's. May
assist in recruiting for other call center positions.
